Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Multicook Calgary. By placing an order through our website, in-store, by phone, or through any other ordering method, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Multicook Calgary.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will be refunded using the original method of payment.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Payment must be completed before your order is prepared unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders that have already been placed and paid for.
Product Information
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients.
Because of the nature of handmade food, slight variations in appearance, colour, weight, shape, or packaging may occur. These natural variations do not affect the quality or safety of our products.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient lists, and photographs are accurate. However, ingredients and packaging may occasionally change due to supplier availability without prior notice.
Allergens
Our facility handles common food allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, sesame, mustard, peanuts, tree nuts, fish.
We make every effort to minimize cross-contact through careful food handling, dedicated preparation procedures, and thorough sanitation practices. However, all products are prepared in the same facility, and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
We also offer a selection of gluten-friendly products. These items are prepared using gluten-free flour blends, dedicated utensils and equipment, and are produced in a thoroughly cleaned preparation area following enhanced cleaning procedures. However, because they are made in a facility that also processes wheat, they are not certified gluten-free and may not be suitable for individuals with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies.
Customers with food allergies or sensitivities are encouraged to carefully review ingredient information and contact us if they have any questions before placing an order.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available within our designated service area and may be subject to minimum order requirements.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive perishable deliveries. Once an order has been delivered to the address provided or collected from our store, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer.
Food Safety
To ensure the highest quality and safety of our products, customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing products after pickup or delivery and for following the storage and cooking instructions provided.
Multicook Calgary is not responsible for any loss of product quality, spoilage, or food safety issues resulting from improper storage, delayed refrigeration or freezing, repeated thawing and refreezing, or other handling after the order has been received.
Returns & Refunds
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have been picked up or delivered.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help investigate the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Multicook Calgary's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights that consumers may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used only for processing orders, providing customer service, and improving your shopping experience.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
